At vet crèche we know that your pet is part of your family, and the most difficult part of owning a pet is when you have to make the decision to say goodbye to them. Having been in practice for nearly 9 years Adele can appreciate that a veterinary clinic is not always the most appropriate place for euthanasia to be performed. Your pet is in a place they may only have visited once a year, the vet may be rushing between consults and there may be a queue of people in the waiting room. For this reason, Adele has created an ‘at home’ euthanasia service called Rainbow Bridge. If you are unsure whether it is the right time to say goodbye Adele can come to your house for an initial visit to assess your pets condition and quality of life, she will help you to decide when the time is right. When you have made this decision Adele will make a second visit to perform the euthanasia. Adele will talk you through all of the options for your pet after euthanasia, these will be home burial, communal cremation or individual cremation.
