Remote Consultations
If your pet becomes unwell please call us and we will triage the call. If it is not an emergency or urgent case, our vet may perform a consultation by phone or video call. You can then collect your pet's medication or we can deliver it. The cost of the telephone consultation is £25. You will also need to pay for postage or delivery of the medication if needed.
